Today was a good day. I had a parent/teacher conference with Matthew's teacher. Afterwards we went to the commissary to buy the bulk of our Thanksgiving fixin's. Henry loves the commissary because they have new car shopping carts. After we unload the groceries into the truck he always rides in the cart to put it away. He always tells me to run. Today he squealed and laughed that it just made me heart happy. I asked him if he liked it and he told me it was funny :)
The owners of the doll shop still weren't back from the doll show but they should be there tomorrow. I have to go back to Petroglyph in Santa Cruz to pick up Henry's Christmas gift and maybe I'll also come back with a new friend from the pawn shop. We shall see...
We unloaded the groceries and then got ready to meet up with Lindsay. We went to the farmers market in downtown Monterey and we had a good time. It was my first time going and I'm glad I got to go with a friend. We had tasty gyros and I bought some blue cheese salsa and red pumpkin seed salsa! We stopped at Jamba Juice on the way back to Lindsay's. Lindsay came back to our house and watched Harry Potter Order of the Pheonix with Matthew and Henry and I. She was so nice to let us borrow her movies. Thanks Lindsay!
We missed a call from Josh while we were out :( Hopefully he'll get to call back again soon.
